After entering WTO, more and more foreign banks come to China. Now foreign banks are becoming an important part in financial fields.The entry of foreign banks have promoted the finance industry of our country, they impact the financing system somewhat as well as.lt is increasingly a special concern that how to strengthen and perfect the supervising systerm over foreign banks in our country so as to eliminate their negative impact. Starting with the analysis of the theory and necessity of implementing supervision over foreign banks,then from the macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, the author sketched the supervision contents of foreign banks.Through seeing about the supervision of foreign banks in developed countries and in developing countries, the author summed up the experiencies for practices in China.Being based on reference to the advanced experiences of foreign countries and following to the international traditions,this thesis mostly analyses the status problems of foreign banks in our country, and finally raises the advice on how to perfect the supervision over foreign banks in our country.
