The compensation management is an important aspect of modern human resources management. A scientific and rational compensation system with principles of equity, encouragement and competition, is crucial for human resources strategy development of an enterprise. Based on the compensation management theories and the practical situation of CY Co., Ltd, a new compensation system is redesigned for CY Co., Ltd to a tract, maintain and motivate talents. The purpose of compensation redesign is to solve the problems that hindered the development of CY Co., Ltd and to speed up the establishment of Modern Enterprises System.This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the basic theories of compensation management, including pay decision theories and encouragement theories, are introduced and discussed, as well as the functions, influences, decision factors and basic forms of compensation management itself.The second part gives an analysis of the problems that must be solved soon in CY Co., Ltd and the causes of the problems. The author evaluates structure and form of the old compensation system, and tries to find out the way to develop it.In the third part, according to the purpose and principles of compensation redesign, new compensation plans for administration department, operation department, sales department and top management positions are proposed respectively.The forth part makes a summary of some advantages of new compensationsystem compared with the old one, and also points out the disadvantages of new compensation system which need be solved in the future.In this thesis, many problems of state-owned enterprises in the course of compensation reform have been explored, which would be helpful in state-owned enterprises reforms, especially in medicine production enterprises reforms.
