In regard to business enterprise function, various functions are mutually connected. Concerning each of these, "Person" occupied the most important position. For this reason,Human resources management is count for very important. Nowadays, in knowledge-based economy ages, the business enterprise obtaining the talented person's competition has the key to win. As the most important part of the human resources management, compensation management has the function of attracting, maintaining and spiriting the high quantity human resources needed.So, compensation management is the base of the human resources management, In recent years, business enterprises in our country attached importance to the compensation management. Yet, evolution could not keep up with the development of the ages.Particularly for the middle and small-sized enterprises, it seems to be more weak. This paper selected a small scale enterprise run by private capital -QiaoLi corporation,study and design its compensation system, completely discussed the important role of compensation management and concrete application of compensation theories in the business enterprise,It have got realistic values for improving human resources management level in middle and small-sized enterprises.This paper firstly probes status of compensation management in enterprise human resources management and relationship with destiny of middle and small-sized enterprise, make sure compensation managemant very important in enterprise development. Secondly it reviews and evaluates the western classical compensation theories.Then sdudies major theories for designing compansation system,and espesiouly researches the matchment bettewn compensation system and enterprise stratagy,indicates that the company in different life period shoud take different human resources and compensation stratagies.This part constituted the basic theories of the design of the QiaoLi corporation compensation system. Based on this theory research,we through analyzing the company' compensation actual condition,make sure the developing phase of the company,fond the existent problem,combined with management practice,take professional skill,finally put forward an all new compensation system including: design of the executive annually compensation system, the design of the employee structure compensation system , the design of the sale personnel's deducting compensation system.It is expected that this study will be helpful to guide both theory and practice and develop the level of human resources management.
