| In the present corporation the actions of people being more important, psychological connection among individual, colony and corporation is apparently more important. The reason is that it affects the employee's performance greatly, and affects the realization of corporation's goal. The theory of Psychological Contract can explain the phenomena, and coach the management of business. The paper discuss the connection between Psychological Contract and Human Resource Management (HRM) combining with the case of China Netcom Corporation Ltd. (CNC).The paper's contribute is that we discuss the theoretic connection between Psychological Contract and HRM before there is no integrative theory of Psychological Contract. Then, we analysis the success and defeat hi CNC HRM, and put forward some issue of Psychological Contract which should be paid attention to in HRM and Organization Reform.Because the research of Psychological Contract is in the front of Managerial Psychology, there is short of reference, so in the research the veracity of the theory should be perfected, some part of analysis of the case should be deepened.The configuration of paper include preface, the base of theory, the case of CNC, the analysis of the case and summary. |
