On Legal Circumstances Optimization Of Foreign Investment In China

Economic globalization leads to global investment formal system starting to be established focusing on realizing investment freedom. The investment formal system provides an equal and unanimous global investment law circumstances. With China stepping into globalization quickly, the global investment law circumstances also affect China greatly. Although since recent several decades, with reform and opening-up enlarged and deepened in China, foreign investment law circumstances have improved increasingly, but there have existed many problems concerned legal system of utilizing foreign capital and optimization and guidance of investment structure. We are supposed repeatedly review China investment law circumstances because of economic global trend enhanced and new situation of China entering into WTO. To begin with, this paper states the situation of global investment law circumstances. Secondly it analyzes China investment law circumstances situation, problems existed and WTO investment rules embodying the ideals of investment freedom and affecting China. At last, it gives some proposals dealing with global trend and optimizing China investment law circumstances.
