The modern principal-agent theory is important to reformation of the nation enterprise. The principal-agent system is not still built either on practice or theory to the national forest resources, as a sort of national assets. Presently, the administrational principal-agent relations of the national forest resources assets have restrained the development of our forestry. So the principal-agent system of the national forest resources assets must be rebuilt and it' s benefit to improve the management of the national forest resources and preserve the national assets.In this essay, the principal-agent model of the national forest resources is classified and built on the foundation of analysis the development of the national forest resources, after the forestry classified management and asset-management have been taken. And it's necessary to establish a series of incentive and supervision principal in order to build a scientific system of the forestry crossed development. Finally, the principal-agent system of the national forest resources assets will be put into practice on the bases of study Jilin Forest Industry Group.
