Research On The Cooperative Relation Mechanism Of Supply Chain

In 21st century, the competitive environment of enterprises has been changed greatly. The new competitive environment is a challenge to the traditional management modes. Adapting to the new environments, the supply chain management mode comes into being, and its great competency and superiority have been seen. Supply chain management is an integral management idea, and puts its emphasis on collaboration. The partners in a supply chain have common economic advantage, but some local benefit conflicts exist. How to collaborate the relationship of the partners, and design the collaborating mechanism, are important issues of the supply chain management research. This paper is focused on the cooperative relation of supply chain. It is referring with programming on collaboration, designing of relationship mechanism and the after-evaluation on collaborate performance. In the part of collaboration former programming, contract theory is used to analyse how to select collaboration form, and the selection of supply chain form and balancing strategy are also discussed. In the following part of collaboration mechanism design, three important and neglectful domains are discussed: information sharing, benefit allocation, and trust mechanism. Game theory, new system economics and co-existence theory are used in our analysis. Three obstacles in information sharing and the measures to overcome them are discussed about. How to allocate the benefit among the partners in supply chain of different levels, and how to build the process of trust mechanism and design the mechanism to overcome opportunism are also analysed. In the last part we try to build a performance evaluation system oriented by customer value. Interior customers and exterior customers are the two perspectives to analyse. This dissertation is focused on mechanism of cooperative relation in supply chain, not on tactics.
