Within the framework of Game Theory, this paper analysis the cooperation problem in quantity method and work out the cooperation strategy based on the price coordination. Next, the thesis makes the personal efficacy as the basis of the decision-making of supply chain. That is to say, without giving the maximum of personal efficacy, the paper tries to increase the efficiency of the whole SCM throught the coordination decision-making. The main work of this thesis is:Firstly, the thesis makes a depiction and explaination about SCM and its development and talk about the problems nowdays and the focus on SCM besides explaining the game theory and information economics.Secondly, the thesis describes the essentiality and study the prcess about SCM cooperation making in detail, through which, a basic frame is set up for the cooperation and coordination of SCM researched in the next part of the thesis.Thirdly, the thesis studies the principle between supplier and manufacturer and provides the efficentive method on cooperation between the supplier and the manufacturer. To solve the problem of coordination between them, a bargain model based on game theory is analysed. This model can do a efficient effect for their cooperation and coordination. Finally, the thesis make comprehensive and deeply study on the cooperation ofmanufacturer and retailor. By setting and analyzing the cooperation pricing models, a Pareto stratery is work out, which is contract curve. Next, two cooperation modes are work out.
