Research On The Coordination Problem In Supply Chain Management

Supply chain is defined as the catenaries or net structure constituted by the linkage of upper and lower member such as provider of raw and processed materials, manufacturer, distributor, shopkeeper and customer etc. Coordinative management of supply chain includes two aspects: one is the coordination between the functional departments in one enterprise, the other is the coordination between the enterprises in the same supply chain.Coordinative management of the supply chain includes three administrative levels, which are strategic level, tactical level and operating level.Research on coordination has been carried out a long time before, but the emphasis has not been put on the inner simulative and scale, which have connection with the permanence and decision of coordination. In this article, we analyzed the inner simulative between the partners in coordination from several aspects, analyzed the scale of coordination with the theory of game, and did research on the distribution of profits and risks between the partners after a cooperative relationship has been set up.In the coordination of supply chain, tactical level is in the middle, which are the core problems we should study. Coordination in tactical level can be classified into three classes: the coordination of production—stock system, the coordination of stock—distribution system, and the coordination of production—distribution system. We picked out the production—distribution coordination as a object to study, which is the most representative. This article analyzed with the change of uncertain demand, the change of the game structure selected by the provider and distributor in the same supply chain who seek for the maximum of the profits, and analyzed the profits of the whole supply chain and all the partners in different game structure, which provide a direction for the partners to select a proper game structure.In front of the reality and evaluative trend of the marketing environments of modern enterprise, the enterprise should establish the concept of coordinative marketing, which means coordinating the soul thoughts of the marketing theories such as relationship marketing, service marketing, knowledge marketing, on-line marketing, green marketing etc, and then forming a systematic marketing theory which can react to market change quickly to adapt to the competition of marketing in new circumstances. The effective coordination of manufacturer and distributor are key factors to improve the performance of supply chain. In this article, using interrelated model with Nash theory, we found out the optimum and available Pareto marketing scenario to both of the manufacturer and distributor, and put forward a method to distribute cooperative profits reasonably.In the coordination of supply chain, operating level is the lowest, which is the base and premise of strategic and tactical coordination. The operating coordination in supply chain includes two aspects, one is the synchronous operation of manufacturing, and the other is the coordination of information flow. Both of the two aspects are the base of the coordination of supply chain, and are the core to determine the effects of the coordination of supply chain. Here we put forward a net structure of information flow that is based on Internet, and discussed the means to realize the information transmission and share in different enterprises. Finally we brought forward a method to evaluate the degree of information coordination between different enterprises in the same supply chain, which evaluate the extent and depth of the share and application of the information such as demand, ability of production, storage, production planning etc with a planar index.
