Study On Appraisal Methods On BPR And Programming And Implementation Of Informatization Engineering

Enterprise informatization construction is the only way for modern enterprises' survival and development. In the process of enterprise informatization, advisable business procedure reengineering is necessary. In this paper, according to the common business procedure problems in enterprise's informatization construction, the method of Active Based Cost is adopted to analyze the business procedures, and the corresponding principle and method are advanced. The analytic method is applied in SWA and has gotten notable effect.The programming of enterprise informatization is the total creed of informatization construction. In current enterprise's informatization construction, the phenomena of bad total informatization programming and each department's absolute informatization construction are ubiquitous. In this paper, the method composing the characteristics of methods of Critical Success Factors, Strategy Set Transformation and Business System Planning is put forward for the appraisal of programming content of enterprise's informatization construction. In this method, Critical Success Factors can hold the crucial factors of enterprise informatization construction, Strategy Set Transformation can comprehensively consider informatization construction factors, and Business System Planning is independent with the business process. The method of Analytic Hierarchy Process is advanced to appraise the programming steps of enterprise informatization construction, and the corresponding multilevel structure model and judgement matrixes are advanced. Through the application of the methods, the conclusion can be drawn that the methods can effectively appraise enterprise's programming content and steps of its informatization construction.The result appraisal of enterprise informatization construction is not only to inspect but also to direct enterprise's informatization construction. In this paper, the appraising methods of total informatization construction and each informatization items' construction are separately provided. The corresponding design principles, effective index system and its calculational methods of the total appraisal of enterprise informatization are provided in this paper, which aims at the appraisal of total informatization level. With regard to the appraisal of each informatization items, this paper takes the most widely implementary items such as OA as example, and puts forward index system for the result appraisal of OA, which is applied in SWA and has been proved to be effective in mastering the implementary status of an enterprise's OA.In conclusion, this paper brings forward the problems relative to the programming and implementation of enterprise informatization construction, and puts forward the correspondingappraising methods. The methods studied in this paper can effectively direct the BPR, the enterprise's programming content and steps of informatization construction and the enterprise's informatization implementation.
