The FeiMa Industry Company of DaQing Oil Field(FM), separated from the Chemical Plant of Oil field, was composed of Multi-industry Company, Labour and Service Company, the Branch of Agriculture, Industry and Business Company, and High Lubricating Oil Plant. The company had contributed much to the DaQing Oil Field, but now, which faced a series of problems, and management of enterprise development is an urgent affairs.There are advantages and shortness inside, and opportunities and challenges outside in an era in which society market economy uninterruptedly developed. This thesis confirms the guideline of management by analyzing the factors of outside and inside of FM, and combining the conditions of itself, we confirm the company's development strategy object and measures, and put forward several points of view for the future of company. We confirm the development way that is to build strategy alliance between the company and oil-chemical Headquarters, and persist in implementing multi-industry. The thesis gives the points of view that hightening the enterprise diathesis is the only ways to keep the FM living and developing for a long time.
