Jiangnan Machinery Factory Development Strategy

This thesis is on the basis of comprehensive investigation of large key warindustry enterprise------Jiangnan Machinery Works. By scientifically analyzing theexternal circumstances and internal condition, sum up the works' advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, therefore put forward the strategy of overall developing as well as the developing of civil product. With the guiding principle of "take war production as foundation, put civil production first", starting from structural reforms, then developing human resources, business culture, carrying out technological innovation and brand strategy, to form and enhance works' core competitive capability; accomplish works' strategy goal; carry out limited relating diversity development strategy and stride like development of civil product.This thesis combine theory with practice, primarily applying several strategy management and theory of forming works' main competitive ability to the practice of Jiangnan Machinery Works' strategy research, and it have current guiding significance for Jiangnan's present business management and future strategy development.
