Research On Supply Chain Management Mode For Enterprises With Electronic Commerce

With the fast development of information technology and the popularity of Internet, the economy characterized by E-commerce is having its impact upon every industry, thus forming a new era, E-commerce era, which is increasingly becoming new point of growth in national economy.E-commerce era brings much change in supply chain management (SCM). The concept of SCM lies in the convergence, reformation and optimization of every sector in the chain, as Purchase, produce, distribute and sell, making them an integrate whole to achieve the whole profit of SCM, the custom's satisfaction, the increase in sale, the cut in cost, the better use of investment and thus the sharp competitiveness. It's a trend now for enterprises to employ E-commerce to converge SCM to maintain the competitive advantage and therefore, a hot subject of study, now it is.Although importance has been attached to E-commerce and SCM, limited study has been done on the convergence of E-commerce with SCM by our enterprises. Therefore the discussion on how to employ these two methods, how to converge them and how is the actual framework fulfilled is of much practical significance.The thesis analyzes the relatedness of E-commerce and SCM, following the discussion of the basic concept of E-commerce and SCM. With the study of the profound influence of E-commerce upon SCM, integration mode - electronic SCM and ways of convergence are proposed in the thesis. Comprehensive evaluation of enterprises with electronic SCM is done by level analyses and fuzzy evaluation. Based on the previous study, suggestion and proposition are timely given on how to develop the electronic SCM in China.
