With the increasingly competition and economic globalization, human capital has become the main resource of obtaining competitive advantages. Accordingly, contesting talents has been more intensive, the traditional personnel management has fallen behind the present requirement. If an enterprise wants to obtain the core capacity and keep the steady competitive advantages, it must transform their current personnel management into strategic human resources managements.Problems about human resource management of HTC are analyzed and studied in this paper.First of all, I have analyzed environment and industry of HTC Corporation, elaborate operating environmental state, advantages and challenges of the corporation, and present that a corporation must adjust his operating thoughts and ways in order to adapt environment changes if it wants to survive and develop in the fierce competitive market.Secondly, I analyze the state of human resource management of HTC. I analyze and study several aspects from the organization structure of human resource, component and quality of employees, present recruiting ways and training systems, present evaluation and salary systems of the corporation, and put forth main problems which affect operating development of the corporation. That is to say that quality of employees and structure is not reasonable, scientific evaluation and standard methods lack and need establish systems of scientific evaluation and competitive salary, ideas of human resource management is backward, and goals of strategic humanresources managements which match strategic goals of the corporation are absent and so on. At the same time, I give definite orientation of operating human resource management.In theory parts, I analyze relationship between human resource and strategic human resource management and its developing strategy and competitive advantages, definitely point out that human resource management play an important role in development of corporation, present strategic management of human resource actual meaning for HTC Corporation. This is adapting complicate and changeful market, enhancing adaptability, promoting competitive ability, decreasing operating cost, obtaining competitive advantages and compensating talents short.At last, on the basis of analyses and studies of the previous parts, Considering problems of human resource management of HTC Corporation, its goals of strategic human resource management are presented in the light of strategic goals of development of HTC corporation, which is establishing and perfect the system of human resource management within two or three years, and provide assurance of human resource for realization of strategy of the corporation, work out general outline and points carrying out strategic management of human resource, and define three aspects from establishment of systems of human resource management, promotion of notion and assurance of environment in order to built perfect ,scientific system of human resource management, enhance competitive ability and realize strategic goals of the corporation.
