Positive Study On Growth Of Farmers' Income In Hubei Province

Deficiency of effective demand is the primary issue in nowadays' Chinese economy field. Stirring rural marketing is believed to be a main method to solute the deficiency of effective demand. However, stirring rural market depend on the increase of farmers' income, so increasing farmers' income can be an available choice to solve the deficient demanding problem.The article view agriculture structural adjustment, development of the rural second &third industry and deploitation of labor export as the results of structural evolution of farmers' employment. On the base of empirical analysis of the attributions of agriculture structural adjustment, of development of the rural second &third industry and of deploitation of labor export to the income increase by data from Hubei Province, the article deplore the relationship between evolution of rural employment structure and increase of farmers' income, analyses the deep factors of evolution of Hubei Province's fanner income, and the give some suggestions to improve Hubei Province farmer's income.The main conclusion of the article is: the development of the second and third industry play very important roles in promoting farmers' income and have enormous potentiality. Labor exports have become a main source of the growth of farmers' income recent years; The adjustment of agricultural structure has some facilitation to peasant's income increase. Therefore, in the long term, it is a basic way to develop the rural non-agricultural industry energetically and to promote the urbanization process in order to increase farmer 's income in Hubei Province in the long run. However, in the short term, to promote farmers' non-agricultural employment energetically is the main way to increase farmer 's income in Hubei Province; and to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure is also important to increase farmer's income at present.
