Socialist value pattern stands for rational and progressive value, which is quite different from capitalist one. Nevertheless, the breakup of ex-Soviet government and Eastern Europe has given a heavy blow to socialist government in the course of economic globalization and makes it be at a low ebb, as a result, capitalist economic globalization in developed countries has become the main stream in the process of the world's development. Therefore, only when socialist countries make and carry out appropriate strategies in politics, economy, culture and foreign relations, challenging the capitalist economic globalization, can they seek for opportunities of development, strengthen their socialist career and overwhelmingly triumph over/surpass capitalism.
