Economic Globalization, Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The 21st Century

Economic globalization (E.G.) is the objective trend and historical current of today world's development. It has great influence on the developmental process and historical fate of both socialism and become an issue of popular concern. Scientific socialist is a theory, which cares for man's total fate and healthy development most, so it is reasonable for it to pay attention to the issue of economic globalization. The relations between economic globalization and socialism, especially between economic globalization and socialism with the Chinese characteristics, is one of the most important theories and practical subjects. How to speed up the development of socialism with the Chinese characteristics in the 21st century against the background of globalization is a practical subject that must be answered as well as a pressing historical task. This subject studied from the perspective of scientific socialism has theoretical and practical significance.The whole article is divided into six chapters. The first two chapters discuss the implications and the substance of the E.G. and analyze the historical fate of "two systems" in the process of the E.G. The other four chapters, based on the background of the times, expound the development of socialism with the Chinese characteristics in the 21st century from the viewpoint of E.G.Chapter 1 expounds the basic views and opinions through the examination of the different understandings on globalization and E.G. Through the examination of the developmental course of E.G., it discusses the close relationship between the process of E.G. and the development of socialism expounds the various factors that motivates the new round upsurge of E.G., the main characteristics and the developmental trend of today's E.G.Chapter 2 illustrates that the substance of today's E.G. is the global expansion of capitals and the globalization of the monopoly and exploitation of capitalism, through the analysis of the nature of today's E.G. and its advantages and disadvantages. From the analysis of the structure of anti-globalization movement, its real expression, the characteristics and reasons of anti-globalization, it further exposes the substance of E.G. Marx and Engle's thought of globalization is a theoretical key to the interpretation of the problems of globalization and socialism, and on this basis focus is on the discussion of the historical outcome of E.G and contemporary socialism and on the orientation of contemporary socialism.Chapter 3, with the prerequisite of analyzing the dual influence of E.G. on the development of the 21st Chinese economy, makes the proposition that the prerequisite of the developmental strategy of Chinese economy is to observe the national economic safety from a static point of view, to safeguard the national economic safetyand widen the space of economic safety by the actions of development and competition.
