Research Of China's Countermeasures To Economic Globalization

From the historical and contrastive perspective, this article mainly analyzes the process and the characteristics of economic globalization, the opportunity and the challenge which China will be facing and the countermeasures. It has a focal point that how China faces the challenge, holds tight the opportunity, avoids the harm, and promotes the development.Economic globalization is deeply changing international environment. The relations of economy among all the countries are closer than before. Multinational corporations strengthen their controlling force and influence. Competition in market, technology, and talent around the world is much fierce and ruthless. The world economy structure reorganizes much more quickly. There are more uncertain and instable factors in international economy. Our country joined the World Trade Organization in 2001 after 15 years of negotiation. China will blend in the economic globalization in deep levels. In view of these situations, China will be facing a grim challenge in employment structure, talent competition, and ecosystem environment. Therefore, we must implement effective economic globalization strategy in order to meet the challenge.The article puts forward five strategies after analyzing the disadvantage which economic globalization brings forth to China. These are implementing overall development strategy, developing human resource strategy, protecting ecosystem environment, keeping on development strategy, reducing regional disparity, enforcing western region development strategy, opening to the world and putting into practice the"walk out"strategy.Economic globalization is the inevitable result of productivity development. So we should take an active part in and reply composedly. It will do harm to the economy development if we refuse or resist economic globalization. In order to make use of the advantages and avoid being on the fringe of the world, we must bring into effect economy strategy; we should corporate with developing countries and promote the establishment of the new international economic order; we should change radically the reality that developed countries control economic globalization. All the countries should share the benefit of economic globalization together. They should in common face the challenge and resolve international problems and realize equality, prosperity, and development of the whole world. Today economic globalization is developing quickly. International competition is much fierce than before. Hence, it has theoretical and realistic significance to know the essence and the developing trend of economic globalization and reach the benefit and avoid the impact and reply positively and implement effective economic globalization strategy.
