Implementing Study On CRM In IT Enterprise

China has entered into WTO. But as we all know that the competitive of our enterprises, especially the IT companies, in the international market is not so strong. One of those various reasons is their underdeveloped management technology.Information technology has become the vital element of a company's competence, though it can't stand for the whole management of the enterprise. In the application of CRM to IT companies, we don't have enough experience, so this paper just tried to do some beneficial works, for reference only.It firstly summarized the current situation in the usage of CRM in IT companies. Secondly, it showed the problems and the corresponding reasons. Based on the analysis of these problems and the characters of the IT enterprise, the article then put forward a theoretic model, and gave advice of applying CRM system in IT enterprise.
