Along with tourism industry goes fast development, the supply doubly grows now, and appears obvious characteristic of buyer's market. Since the competition of market goes severely, the market requests get some new changes. Tourism planners think about the traditional research methods and continuouslydevelop it. They combine it with the new ideas and creations-Using "humanism"is one of them in the tourism planning. The emergence of it suits nowadays the society changes from "Quality ?Technique Economics into "Symbol ?Culture Economics". With the change of paying less attention on the production of the material product to the thinking quality of service, "humanism" gets the high degree thought in the tourism planning.Trace back to the history of the tourism (divided into three stages: Resource Guidance stage; Market Guidance stage; Environment Guidance stage) that we can see the different important value on the "humanism" which reflected in the different stages of the tourism planning . The modern tourism planning, which complies with the global current main thesis and tendency of "humanism" , "sustainable development", pays more attention on taking the "humanism" as a special artifice. The aim of modern tourism planning is to find and create a kind of environment with full of "humanism" for tourists. And the artifice of "humanism" which used in the tourism planning must take the "the theory of environmental accordance" as the guidelines simultaneously: taking tourists as it's central task through the concrete operations in order to improve the tourists' life quality by tour process; satisfying the tourists' requirements and taking it as the guideline of establishment of tourism planning; through some specific artifices and guides to make tourists close to nature, enjoy the landscape, contact the local society, feel the humanities, experience the personally romantic feeling, enjoy leisure, taste the delicacies, go shopping that make tourists feel the cheer in body and mind during the tour process; emphasizing that tourists should get along well with the residents, and tourism planners also shouldtake more considerations on the cultural, economical, social impacts on tourism areas, local residents attitudes and requires towards the tourism development. Through the traveling, tourism planners also should let the hosts and guests understand what is the "truth" "kind" "beauty", and how to cherish the natural resources, how to melt into it; let tourists sublimate their ideas on the spirits aesthetics and knowledge.Author made a synthetic analysis and summarization of Western and Chinese bibliographies, and did a further comparative research on the different behavior of their sociological thoughts in development stages, the different development way of their philosophy, unlike social background and logicality, the research result which the author got is that the Western country and China have the same ecological and ethical aim of the theory of man is an integral part of nature which based on the adapting each other merits.Meanwhile, the author took more comparative research on concrete operational means of Western and Chinese tourism planning, analyzed their characters and shortcomings in order to find a special way for development of Chinese tourism industry.The whole paper are divided into five parts:(1) Introduction: it retrospects the reasons why human being have inclinations of favor and disfavor to the modernity, the reasons of fast development of globe tourism industry, the reasons why human being take tour as the means of finding themselves.(2) Theory discussion: the author studies and cites the Western philosophical view of "Humanism" and Oriental philosophical vies of theory that "man is an integral part of nature" to analyze that the pursuant ecological and ethical aim of Western country and Oriental country are the same.(3) The research method: the author makes a comparative research of different tourism planning papers at the same Chinese tourism destination...
