Research For Sustainable Development Of Volunteer Tourism In Fu Jian

With the improvement of living standards,personal awareness of public welfare continues to increase,in order to meet the diverse and personalized needs of people,in this context,the emergence of volunteer tourism.Public tourism is a new form of tourism,that is,"traveling as well as doing public welfare".That combines tourism activities and public welfare is a non-popular form of tourism.In China,the form of public tourism activities is not widely known for the public.But with the rapid development of the network,we are increasingly concerned about public tourism.It can not only enhance the public awareness of public welfare,but also to promote the development of charitable undertakings.With the increase of attention,it is helpful to promote the innovation of social management system,to promote the improvement of social governance work,to eliminate the social contradiction,to further improve the government's public service function.On the cause of building a socialist harmonious society also has important practical significance.In order to explore the sustainable development of volunteer tourism in Fujian Province,this paper based on the new public management theory,from the actual situation in Fujian,the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview on the province of public interest in various stakeholders to investigate.After the investigation and study found that volunteer tourism in Fujian is still in its infancy,has not yet formed a more perfect management system.The main problems for the existence of volunteer tourism,includes the weak consciousness of the citizens,the organization of less professional poor,a single form of activities,the lack of financial security and the lack of standardized management.In order to promote the sustainable development of volunteer tourism in our province,based on the new public management theory,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of volunteer tourism development.By drawing on the advanced experience of volunteer tourism at home and abroad,this paper can provide some useful suggestions for the sustainable development of Fujian volunteer tourism.
