Venture capital in china starts late with a short history, the evaluation of theory research of venture capital item is not enough and nonstandard. To promote the development and creation of the theory, from the angle of venture capital organization, a new index system of venture capital item evaluation should be built up on the base of venture capital fundamental theory, the reference of the existing domestic and abroad venture item evaluation index system, the combination of venture capital and SMHE,S characteristics. Analytic hierarchy process should be used to define each indices, weight, and then with the experts, evaluation and average weight method.
