Research On The Mechanism And Countermeasure Of Suburb Urbanization

Based on the background of urbanization and unity of urban and rural area, this paper uses the principles and tools of Urban Economics, Industrial Economics, Development, New institutional Economics and Game theory, to discuss the basic principles and methods of theoretical and practical issues about the urbanization for suburb, Focusing on the factors, dynamical mechanism, strategies and models of development, the function of government, which affect the suburb urbanization. To use the methods of the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper deals with the highlights of the suburb urbanization.This paper consists of six parts:The first part deals with basic issues of city, urbanization and suburb urbanization. After the introduction of the study progress being made on city and urbanization, the paper gives the connotation and the characteristics of suburb urbanization, and traverses the factors that have the vital affection to suburb urbanization.The second part is about the motivity mechanism and regulation of suburb urbanization. From two aspects of inside and outside motivity, the paper analysed the drive mechanism of suburb urbanization, on the base of analyzing suburb urbanization effective factors. Besides, it summarized the characteristics of suburb urbanization.The third part is about the development strategies, models and strategic measures of suburb urbanization. By reviewing the basic concept of strategy, the paper gives the connotation, the theoretical frame and the guideline of development strategy for suburb urbanization. On the basis of the above strategic analysis, the paper further researches the development models of suburb urbanization of our country, and gives the suggestion of some vital measures to promote the progress of suburb urbanization.The function of government in the progress suburb urbanization is studied in the fourth part of the paper. After explaining the importance of government in the progress of suburb urbanization by reviewing the history of urbanization under the two types of economic system, the paper analyzes and compares the two types of suburb urbanization from viewpoint of new institutional economics, and by using the analyzing tool of game theory, studies the games among the governments and the games between the government and enterprise in the progress.The last second part is the innovative suggestions about advancing the course of suburb urbanization. In allusion to many important problems, which exist in the course of our nation suburb urbanization at present, the paper put forward some related innovative, suggestions and countermeasures on four aspects: Ground system, Construction system of suburb establishment. Employment system and System of population management.The last part is demonstration about the suburb urbanization. Base on the related analyse about the motivity mechanism and regulation of suburb urbanization and the strategic measures of suburb urbanization, we have done some demonstrated research on how to hasten the urbanization of JiangNing suburb NanJin city.
