The Study On The Synergetic Effect Of Chinese Industrial Structure And Technical Structure

At present the issues of industrial structure have become the key factor that restricts our economic development. There are quite a number of factors that restraint the optimization of our industrial structure, and the most major one lies in the technical structure. This article conducts theoretical research on how to improve the optimization of our industrial structure through implementing technical structure.The theoretical foundation for the optimization of our industrial structure and technical structure is stated in the paper.Both the history evolvement and effect mechanism of the industrial structure and technical structure are studied in the paper, and then come to the conclusion that the industrial structure cooperates with the technical structure. Moreover, it is also pointed that only from the system point of view to consider the reciprocity among industrial structure, technical structure and other exterior factors can we find out the genuine relationship between the industrial structure and technical structure. Therefore, we should study the connection between the industrial structure and technical structure in the society-economy-science system, which includes institution, resource, policy, market and so on.The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used to quantify the industrial structure and the technical structure, and the Granger Causal Relationship Test is used to analyze the causation between the industrial structure and technical structure. The result indicates that the current status of our industrial structure and technical structure is a kind of low synergetic effect with double feebleness. Our technical structure is relatively lower as well as our industrial structure, which seriously restrict the synergetic development of our industrial structure and technical structure besides exterior environment.restrict the synergetic development of our industrial structure and technical structure besides exterior environment.To settle the problems, measures should be taken as follows. On one hand, to increase the supporting force of governmemt of technological innovation and to utilize the import and diffusing of technology, technical structure would be quicken to adjust; at the same time, to upgrade industrial structure through high-tech industrialization and reconstruction of traditional industrial structure. On the other hand, measures should be taken to optimize the other condition to speed up the synergetic effect of our industrial structure and technical structure, such as, to accelerate establishing and perfecting the technological market to expedite the technological innovation by institutional innovation, to reinforce the lead of our government, etc.
