Research On The Relationship Between Transformation Of Financial Structure And Promotion Of Industrial Structure In China's Each Region

Finance is the core of modern economy, and the financial development constitutes the most important part of the modern market economy. The foreign scholars have made much research on the relationship between finance development and economy growth. But the research on relation between the finance development and the industrial structure is very rare. The positive analysis is less. Taking china as a integrity, the domestic scholars have made the research on the relation between the financial construction and the industrial structure. But they did not consider the gap of finance development in each region. Dividing china into eastern, central and western regions, this text made theoretical and positive research on the relationship between the transformation of financial structure and the promotion of industrial structure. It will enrich the research results of finance development and economic growth.The main content of the text is divided into four parts: The first part is the theoretical analysis of finance structure, industrial structure and economic growth. The Second part is the theoretical and positive analysis about the relation among the financial structure and the industrial structure, economic growth in China's each region. In the Beginning, The text made the theoretical research on the connecting mechanism between the transformation of finance structure and the promotion of industrial structure; At last, Through the positive analysis by choosing the indexes of the financial structure, the promotion of industrial structure and the economic growth in each region of 1979-2000. We concluded: 1.it is the positive relationship among the transformation of finance structure , the promotion of industrial structure and economic growth in China's each area. 2.the big gap of economic development in each area primarily lies in the different finance development and the different industrial structure; they cause the difference of finance development and economic growth. The Third part is the condition and comparable analysis about financial construction and industrial structure in each region; the last part is the policy suggestion about the transformation of financial structure and the promotion of industrial structure in china's each region. For example, realizing the economic interaction between eastern region and western region, establishing the sound financial system in each region, growing the local banking center, developing the capital market in the central and western region etc.
