With the continuous development of globalization, especially after our country's entry into WTO. a good deal of foreign direct investment rushes into Chinese market. As a result, Chinese industrial enterprises would confront drastic international market competition even in domestic market. So, the research of transnational business by the Chinese industrial enterprises has significant practical meaning. On the bases of combining Chinese industrial enterprises' practical situation, it could not only accelerate the internationalization curse of Chinese industrial enterprises, but also reduce the mistakes if we refer to Japanese and American transnational corporations' successful experience in their long developing process.This thesis starts with scale expansion strategy, technology innovation strategy, organization management strategy and selection strategy of target nations, and it focuses on the research of the enlightenment that Chinese industrial enterprises would gain from Japanese and American successful experience in the respect of management strategy, by comparing and analyzing Japanese and American transnational corporations' management strategy thoroughly. In the research process of this thesis, I have considered many differences between Japanese and American corporations and Chinese industrial enterprises, and put forward to some tentative ideas about Chinese industrial enterprises' transnational management strategy. It is because of the huge divergences between Japanese and American corporations and Chinese industrial enterprises in the respects of developing background, environment, scale, and so on that will influence the Chinese industrial enterprises' comparison with Japanese and American transnational corporations to some extent.The research consequences of this thesis mainly conclude 4 aspects. First, in the respect of scale expansion, Chinese industrial enterprises should take the interior internationalization as chief object, and expand domestic scale step by step. In the meantime, enterprises should dealwith some international business. After possessing certain strength of transnational management and accumulating enough experience of transnational management, the enterprises could expand international scale. Second, in the respect of technology innovation strategy, Chinese industrial enterprises should transit from imitational innovation strategy to independent innovation strategy progressively. If the conditions are permitted, enterprise should also utilize cooperative innovation strategy timely and appropriately. Third, in the respect of organization management strategy, Chinese industrial enterprises should combine their developing stage of transnational management and choose suitable organization structures after they finish transforming into corporations feasibly. Forth, in the respect of selection strategy of target nations, enterprises should choose corresponding target nations according to different strategic objects. There isn't a strict limit between entering into developed countries firstly and entering into developing countries firstly.The research of this thesis aims at exploring the road of Chinese industrial enterprises' transnational management that conformed to our country and providing theoretical references for the strategic choice of Chinese industrial enterprises' transnational management.
