On Development Of Our Country's Transnational Corporations

At the end of 20th century, transnational corporations had been developed unprecedentedly, and now have an increasingly outstanding status in world economic. As for global businesses, transnational corporations have been a new international main action body. When mankind is stepping into 21st century, transnational corporations occur some new developing trends and characteristics, like enterprise mergence, internationalized cooperation, transnational alliance and so on. It is the premise conditions we develop our country's transnational corporations to do research on the formation and developing process, especially the theoretical basis of transnational corporation management. In the course of building and expanding our country's transnational corporations, we must draw lessons from theories, experiences, and models of the west developed countries' and the developing countries' transnational corporations, combine with our national conditions, adopt capable development strategies.This paper has three chapters, which respectively discusses formation and development, theory review and of transnational corporations in foreign countries and theoretical foundations of our country's transnational corporation development, and development strategies of our country's transnational corporations.
