This empirical study is a stage achievement of an on-going project (No. 79970112) chaired by Dr. Kang Zhao and funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), which aims at investigating the current condition of professional organization of management consulting, exposing the existing problems and working out the corresponding development strategy. Due to the fact that few domestic scholars in this field carry out the concerned research, this essay starts from studying the concerned theories of many principles, combining with the experiences of relatively successful similar organizations in the western countries and setting up the basic theory frame for research analysis, further, describes the existing condition of professional organizations of management consulting of china and exposes the existing problems in the case of the concerned professional organizations of Beijing, Shanghai and xi' an by the means of case research, network research second-hand material analysis method and so on, and finally puts forward should-be insisting development strategy of professional organizations of management consulting of China and the government which can exert the very important influence.
