The Research Of Capital Centralized Control In The Multi-group--The Case Study Of Capital Centralized Control In The HT Group

Capital control is always recognized by exercitation field as a financial control activity. From plenty of management practice point of view, capital centralized control is beneficial for investors to realize the flow of the capital, supervise the efficiency of using the capital, and insure the safety of the capital. Therefore, capital centralized control has been a bit mature management model.This article focuses on capital control in the multi-group according to the real conditions of domestic group. It investigates three existing models of group capital centralized control and the model of capital centralized control of the HT group, from two sides of criterion and practice. Six capital control principles have been found from this study, which are the character of change, the character of safety, the character of economy, the character of payment, the character of information, and the character of validity. In the meantime, this article brings a concept of capital control information system, and provides a basic frame for system establishment.This study follows principles which are that environment is a logic jumping-off point of system and target investigation, and management must serve for stratagem. It has established an analysis frame including a jumping-off point from the analysis of environment of the group capital centralized control, a core of capital control system, control aim and control functions as well as a result for the establishment of capital centralized control system. According to this analysis frame, this article analyses the essence of group capital centralized control, themeaning of capital centralized control, four environment variables including the type of group, the structure of operation, the structure of organizations, and the zone distributing, as well as the relationship of the selection of capital control system. It discusses the rationality and adaptability of the model of the settlement center in multi-group associated with existing three capital centralized control models and the case of the HT group capital centralized control model.
