Analysis On The Multi-national Operation Strategies Of China Enterprises

Transnational Corporation is the consequence of the development of science, technology and social productive forces. It stands for the developing directions of modern business and directly embodies the competitions between countries. Transnational management of our enterprises is just at its starting period, especially when compared with the transnational enterprises of the powers, the gap is striking. There are still lots of problems which are on the way to be solved. Thus, it is a significant work for us to conclude the practical experience of transnational management of our enterprises for 20 years and then search to find out a way which agrees with the general regularity of international economic activities as well as Chinese practical transnat ional management.This thesis consists of five parts. The first parts makes an analysis and a brief retrospection on a few popular transnational corporations direct investment theories of the western scholars. In the second part, An analysis is made about the historical inevitability and the practical conditions of Chinese way to transnational management, on the basis of the analysis of the opportunities and challenges which exist in both international and national economic environment. Moreover, 1 lay the stress on the problems and pbstacles in our transnational management at present and consequently provides theoretical foundation for further research and methods. The next chapter makes comparison and analysis about the two large types of transnational corporations. An analysis is also made here about the influence they have on different types of countries. The chapter offers an international reference to Chineseenterprises in choosing transnational corporations management with a special model. The chapter four is the footpoint of the whole thesis. On the basis of the three chapters mentioned above, the chapter outlines the strategy and policy that Chinese enterprises used to enlarge their transnational management. At last, I also make an analysis and research on the importance of preventing risks in transnational management and the policies.
