Enterprise Group Financial Control Model Study

With the development of Electronic Commerce and Internet. the informational construction became one important part of the whole company construction. The company group is the strongest organization form under the new economic circumstance. How to design it's financial sYstem and control system became an urgency problem. This paper describes the character and the background of company clique. Then it points out that the financial system of company clique must use the managerial theory of ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan). Basing on it, this paper describes the circumstance of software and hardware. This paper also writes out the control point of every process then gives the resolutions to them. Besides these analyses, this paper ives another views. Because the company clique's size is very large and the information convey between the mother-company and it's sub- company always take place, this paper points out five solutions: establish the capital clear-up center, establish the CEO and the CIO system, use the inter-online financial report system and establish the responsible center.
