The aim of financial risk warning of public corporations is to estimate the condition of the financial risk and then send out warning signals through financial analysis so that the enterprises and related government departments can take measures to deal with the problems in time.This article begins from the definition of financial risk and introduces the basic theories concerning about the financial risk. It also discusses the attributes, origins and causes of the financial risk with the emphasis on the financial risk which existing in the public corporations. And it analyses the general situation and special conditions of public corporations in Tibet. Besides, it puts forward the financial risk warning index systems for the public corporations in Tibet on the basis of existing financial index systems. The internal relevance and running mechanism of the financial risk warning index systems are discussed to make the structure of the index systems more reasonable, the connection between all the indexes more clear. And the analytic hierarchy process helps confirming the proportion of the indexes. It also puts forward the structure of the financial risk warning systems for public corporations in Tibet based on the existing financial analysis methods. It gives a financial risk warning systems model for the public corporations in Tibet through financial ratio analysis and verifies the feasibility of this model with the methodology of case analysis. In the end of this article, the author points out the aspects of using the systems and calls for taking active measures to set up financial risk warning systems in public corporationsin Tibet as soon as possible.
