Study On Risk Assessment Index System Of Social Stability In Tianjin

Harmonious society has always been an eternal topic for people.In order to achieve this goal,sociologists are actively concerned about the risk situation in society and strive to find a scientific way to solve social risk events.We should control the risk in time before it happens.Tianjin is the economic center of the Bohai Rim,with a permanent population of more than 15 million.There are numerous risks hidden behind the rapid economic development.With the continuous reform and opening up,these unstable and disharmonious factors are accumulating rapidly,and many unhealthy social problems have emerged.In this context,how to effectively assess the risks in Tianjin has become the focus of attention of the government,academia and industry.Social risk assessment is an activity that uses a series of scientific methods to evaluate social risk.It mainly consists of three aspects: evaluation index system,risk assessment method and evaluation model.Among them,the index system is the most critical.Establishing a complete set of urban social stability risk index system can accurately measure the current risk level of Tianjin and provide a good reference for government decision-making and management.On the basis of summing up the predecessors' research and from the perspective of social stability risk in Tianjin,this paper analyses the origin,types and characteristics of social risk in Tianjin,adopts the method of expert consultation,constructs the index system of Tianjin's society,and finally uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,so as to stabilize Tianjin's society.The index system of risk assessment is empirically analyzed and applied to the comprehensive evaluation of social stability risk in Tianjin.Therefore,this paper combines analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with grey relational analysis,adopts a comprehensive evaluation method,and makes an empirical analysis of Tianjin social stability risk assessment index system.Firstly,the judgment matrix is constructed according to AHP method,and the expert opinions are synthetically transformed into the evaluation values under each evaluation index,and are reflected.The projection method is described quantitatively under each evaluation index to determine the weight of Tianjin social stability risk assessment index;then the grey correlation analysis is carried out,the evaluation matrix of relative evaluation value of each index is constructed,the correlation degree of each mapping method is obtained,and the comprehensive ranking of mapping methods is obtained,and the weight of Tianjin social stability risk assessment index is determined.The correlation degree of four large cities in Guangzhou is evaluated to form a comprehensive evaluation method of social stability risk.This research uses this scientific method to find out the main influencing factors in the complex multi-factors.It can formulate a set of practical and effective evaluation schemes in practical application.It also provides a scientific method for stability evaluation in the future.It can provide theoretical support and technical support for risk assessment of social stability.With reference,it has great practical significance.Chapter 1: Introduction.This paper introduces the research background of social stability risk index system and the related research status at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the main research contents and the organization structure of this paper.Chapter 2: Research on risk theory of social stability.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis of social stability risk,analyses the mechanism of occurrence and evolution of social stability risk,the risk factors of social stability,and introduces the significance of the construction of social stability risk index system;secondly,it introduces the basic status of the main social risks at present.Various structural and institutional risks,analysis of the current social stability risks and characteristics of Tianjin.Chapter 3: The current situation and problem analysis of social stability risk assessment in Tianjin.This paper introduces the principles and methods of constructing the index system of social stability risk assessment,introduces the methods of constructing the index system,reviews and chooses the methods of selecting the index system,studies the structural model in the construction of the index system of social stability risk,and establishes a set of societies from theory to model and then to the gradual operationalization of the index system.It will stabilize the risk evaluation index system.Chapter 4: Constructing the risk index system of social stability in Tianjin.This paper introduces the basic principles and starting points of Tianjin's index system construction,designs the basic framework of Tianjin's social risk index system based on expert consultation method and social statistical data analysis,constructs Tianjin's social stability risk index system,and explains specific indicators.Chapter 5: Empirical analysis of Tianjin social stability risk assessment index system.This paper introduces in detail the methods used in the establishment of risk assessment system,and uses the data provided by experts to determine the weight of each index.In view of the final results,using the data of Tianjin Statistical Yearbook,the grey relational analysis method is used for comprehensive evaluation of the indicators,and the data of some indicators of four cities are used for comprehensive evaluation through relational analysis.Chapter 6: Summary and prospect.Summarize the research work and achievements of this paper,analyze the shortcomings and problems encountered,and clarify the future research content and direction.
