The Way And The Support System To Improve The Competitive Advantage Of Cluster Of Zhejiang Province

The purpose to develop cluster is to increase the acvantage for one country or region ,and cluster is an important manner for countries or regions to improve its advantage.The experience of Zhejiang province is a good proof, the research datas from policy research center of Zhejiang province show that the total production value of cluster is 599.3 billion ,in 2001,49% of industry production value of Zhejiang province.lt is obvious that cluster is very important for Zhejiang province.While we have steped into a new age ,knowledge has became the most important factor for one country to develop its economy.How to increase its advantage has became the chief question for Zhejiang province to settle in this new posture. We divide this article into 4 parts to discuss how to increase the cluster advantage of Zhejiang province.The first part is the foundation of this article.It discusses the theory of cluster and its advantage,include its concept,classify ,and the process to increase its advantage with theories of regional innovation system and knowledge innovation.The next part describes the actuality of cluster of Zhejiang province,and analyze its weakness from lays of corporation.industry and government.The third part is the core of this article.It discusses how to increase the cluster advantage.First,it discusses the region innovation system .Then,it discusses the approach and the drives to increase the cluster advantage.We consider cluster study is an effective way to increase its advantage .In this part we discuss the study means and the drives .The last part dissertates the support system to increase cluster advantage .First,it discussess how to construct the region innovation system for it is the foudmental part.Then,it dissertates how to improve the actions of cluster,public sectors and government to increase cluster advantage.
