The Development Research Of The Chongqing's Urban Industry

This article, starting with Chongqing's current distribution of industrial enterprises, the existing problems and the development situations of urban industry, and combining the theory of industrial zone centralization, demonstrates the essentiality and necessity of establishing an urban industry and zone in Chongqing, and probes into the issues of zone site selection, distribution and policy guide and so on to try to find a wayout to solve the problems of heavy pressure of employment and slow development of medium-sized and small enterprises in Chongqing.This article analyses some world famous metropolises such as New York, Paris, China Hongkong and Shanghai, whose urban industry and industrial zone development have possessed certain scale and formed a perfect system and comparative high benefit, which is an organic part of city economy. Centralization economic theory is an important theory basis for the development of urban industry, of which, Japan Dayita Industrial Zone, Zhejiang Zhuji Datang Socks and Chongqing Knitting Zone's industrialization development provide an experience reference and development thought for Chongqing's industrial zone establishment.For the time being, Chongqing is in a state of dispersed distribution of industrial enterprises, with obvious suburbanization and serious lagged industrialization. Urban industry has a preferable foundation in Chongqing and the zone construction is still in the embryonic stage.This article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Chongqing's industrial development from the view of natural area endowment, relative predominance, regional predominance and after predominance. And it also analyses on how to orient urban industry considering the actual situations in Chongqing.Referring to the developed coastal provinces and cities, and combining the situations of dominant industry in Chongqing and the former industrial distribution in the urban area, this article analyses Chongqing city proper's urban industrial zone site selection plan and layout. And in view of Chongqing's development situations in industrial enterprises and high-tech research and development enterprises, proposes the preferential policies and guiding measures that the governments at all levels should provide for urban industry development in Chongqing.This article, on the base of referring to a great deal of relevant literature home andabroad, stresses the study on actual situations, and tries to make the problems and conclusion explored in this article have practicability and play a role of reference in Chongqing city proper's industrial distribution and the rapid development of medium-sized and small enterprises.
