After China entered WTO, the market economy system is more and more perfect in the country. The reformation in the electric power enterprises is on the way from monopoly to competition. Electric power enterprises are facing much more challenge. They have to increase their quality to hold opportunity and avoid failure in the competition. The most important part of competition is the competition for talented person. It's imposable for the power enterprises to hire talented person widely . So it is important to increase the quantity of human resource by enhancing the training of their employees. The training system in the electric power enterprise named X in this thesis is an old style, which is lack of integrative and systematic. It cannot be adapted to the improvement of the enterprise. So it is important to improve the system to train more talented employees.With the theory of human resource management and encourage, game theory and experience, we design a training strategy to make the training more efficient. As the X is a typical electric enterprise, so the conclusion of the thesis has universality. The theory base of the thesis is encouragement and game theory. After the analysis on the content, result, present conditions and opposition of the training in X, we provide an advice to improve the training system by four ways, as goal setting, outside environment, inside encouragement and evaluation system for training. Then the job of training has a definite goal, there is a system to make the employees take part in training actively, it will help the employees and enterprise develop more effectively.Any theory must be tested by practice, the advice in the thesis is running in the training system of X, it seems efficient.
