The Research And Application On The Operational Result Evaluation Indexes System Of Shenzhen Public Transportation Co.Ltd

The purpose of this thesis is to establish a set of scientific and rational evaluation indexes system of public transportation corporation, which will be applied in the practice of researching Shenzhen public transportation corporation's running result. So that it could offer the quantificational references to guide the public transportation corporation.According to this set of evaluation indexes system and exerting FUZZY&G1 methods, we builded a comprehensive evaluation model, using which we made a comprehensive evaluation on the running condition of Shenzhen public transportation corporation, then sorted it. From which we know that which place of Shenzhen public transportation in. In the light of the results of the comprehensive evaluation, we mark the evaluation level in four grades those are excellent level, good level, middle level and low level. At the same time, we gave a quantificational evaluation criterion about Shenzhen public transportation corporation at the present and pointed out that although the development level of Shenzhen public transportation corporation is at the middle level now, it still had strong aspects and weakness. The evaluation criterion could also be used as a reference in the evaluation work by other public transportation companies separately, and because all the data formed the criterion was obtained form practice, so it is scientific and reliable.Through further evaluation and analysis, we got several weak indexes that affected and limited the development of Shenzhen public transportation corporation. Pointed out the problems which reflected from these weak indexes, we put forward some countermeasure and suggestion tersely.At the end of this thesis we summarized three conclusions from the use of this indexes and evaluation system.
