Object management system in Coal Industry Xian Design & Research Institute runs in low efficiency, it exerts quiet influence on its operating. Whether the object management is successful or not is not only mainly depend on the personnel of object manager, but also the powerful object group. So, a complete of object manager selection, training program and reasonable object management system is set up. Thirdly, combine with the basic detail and program of exploration design object management, according to ISO 9000 series standards and regulations in document of quality management system. The object management program is optimized design so as to realized normalize, programmatic and high efficient in order to ensure the object management successfully.
