CIMS Application Engineering Design And Implementation Study In CNNC JIANFENG CHEMICALS

CIMS is one new model of production, marketing and management for modem enterprise. Under the lead of the state ministry of science and technology, understanding progress have made in respect of base study and engineering application subjected to more than ten state 863/CIMS. Nowly CIMS technology has been applied as exsample in more than 200 enterprises of many industries in more than ten provinces and cities, most of them have obtained good econimical and social benefits. Meanwhile many enterprises are preparing to start CIMS application actively. It is proven by practice that CIMS is the important measure for Chinese enterprises to achieve two basic changes, to build-up the rules required by mordem enterprise and to push the technology improvement of enterpries.Up to the middle of 1990's after more than ten year's development CIMS technology has been matured increasingly, also the CIMS theory has been substantiated and enhanced greatlyp the new thoughs and new management models have been introduced into CIMS such as: Precision manufacturing, agile manufacturing, parallel engineering and enterprises re-combination etc, enriching the int4nsion of CIMS; further more the CIMS thought of "Opeople is the center"has been arisen, the CIMS integration range has been extended from the information only to process integration and enterprise integration.It will be the key factor for enterprise been advantageous in future competition to perform information management in order and system integration. According to the experiences of many example CIMS enterprises, the CIMS should be carried out promptly to realize the integration and sharing of the financial managemant sub-system, the production management sub-system, the materials management sub-system, the marketting management sub-system, the equipment management sub-system, auto-pOroduction lines information integration sub-system, the quality control sub-system and the decision support sub-system(top management checking) etc under the general design of CIMS.This paper puts forwards the general design scheme of CIMS system in CNNC JIANFENG CHEMICALS on the basis of careful study of CIMS basis thought after deep investigation of the the production process and management procedure of JIANFENG CHEMICALS and also deep analysis of the enterprise's present situation and demand. The CIMS application engineering in JIANFENG CHEMICALS.(herein after called JF-CIMS) is composed by five application sub-system(management information system, top management checking system, quality information system, production automation system, e-commerce system) and two supporting sub-systems(data base sub-system, network sub-system), characterized as typical process industry. In consideration our practical situation this paper proposes to perform CIMS stepped into three stages during 2001 to 2005, with specific centents and main targents for each stage. Fully emboding the principle of effiency oreintation, this scheme is easy to be implemented.
