The Research Of Three Processes's Model Of Virtual R&D Alliance

Based on the basic research of virtual R&D alliance,the paper studied the model of partners selection process,benefit allocation process,dynamic stability process. The main research contents are as follows:1.Under the analysis of selection models of the leader and the partners,the paper put forward the stakeholders management to virtual R&D alliance and analysed the correlative problems of governance.2.This paper analysed the game model of income distribution with incomplete contract.The Nash-bargaining solution of income distribution,conflict points and the types and their solutions of income distribution's disequilibrium were discussed.3.The dynamic stability models with complete information and incomplete information of virtual R&D alliance were put up.The administrant and negotiatory organ of virtual R&D alliance was supposed.
