Project post evaluation started in 1940's. Developing over Seventy's years, it has increasing become a strong means that was benefit to the investment and management of developed and some developing countries and international financial institution. In China, project post evaluation commenced later and developed slower. Until now it hasn't been standardization, codification and science.As the market economy and the innovation of investment system getting more wider and thorough, the mechanism of investment decision and prpject management has changed a lot. The investment has been restricted more stronger by the market mechanism. Thus, the idea of this dissertation produced in that background.This dissertation summarized the basic theory of post evaluation, and then it concluded the concept of project post evaluation in enterprises, and analyzed the different that compared to the projects invested by government-energy, traffic and agriculture, for example. Basing on the study on the actuality of our country's post evaluation, the dissertation concluded the shortage of present theory. And then viewing from the point of enterprise, it stressed the perfection of the contents and the methods. Meanwhile, it discussed simply some assistant mechanism, for instance main body and project selecting, persons training, etc.
