The project evaluation system is divided into three parts:ex-evaluation,interim evaluation,and post-evaluation .At the same time,the author inquires into and analyzes the interim evaluation comprehensively.Firstly,the author accomplishes the theory analysis of interim evaluation,based on the theory of the interim evaluation and thinking about the features of this kind of projects,and points out the objections and meanings of interim evaluation of the exploring and exploiting oil construction projects,and accomplishes the analysis of fundamental key elements in the text.Secondly,the author makes clear the fundamental contents and ranges of interim evaluation,and divides the contents of interim evaluation into four parts:ex-period work interim evaluation,technique interim evaluation,economic interim evaluation,and social interim evaluation.Thirdly,the author creates the quota system.Last,the author brings out the model of interim evaluation with the reality valuation and the theory of project break-off evaluation and adjusting interim evaluation,together with the method.The research on the interim evaluation of the exploring and exploiting oil construction projects fits to not only the petroleum construction project but also the rest large-size and middle-size construction project.
