The Research On Environment Of Entrepreneurs' Grow-up

This thesis consists of six parts. Firstly, it points out the necessity and emergency to do this study. On the base of the importance of the entrepreneur for the growth of economy and the development of an enterprise, and the problems exist in the construction of the teams of the Chinese entrepreneurs. Secondly, the thesis introduced the theories of entrepreneurs and the theory of market economy in socialism, then the thesis introduced the theories the thesis based on.In chapter 3, the writer analyzed the characteristics of the new economic days, and entrepreneur type is a proprietor entrepreneur, the entrepreneurs are the owners of not only human capital but also material capital, they have many characters, such as constitution, knowledge, abilities, and so on. According to this analysis, the environment has to be changed in order to help entrepreneur forwards. The environment consists of enterprise and social. In chapter 4, the thesis analyzed the course of Chinese entrepreneurs, after that, it introduced the status in quo and the problems. In chapter 5 and 6 it introduced enterprise environment and social environment respectively. The first one is made up with choices, employment, training and incitement. The second one is made up with role of government, the market of entrepreneurs, the social insurance and the system of social reposes.
