With internet's advancing and its being used, the market environment that every enterprise is in face of has had a deep change, which brings a profound effect to every managing level of enterprise. Distribution, being the closest and most sensitive relationship to the market, will alsoencounter transform and challenge.Without the limitation of time and zone in internet, the business can achieve selling of product without the marketing effect of wholesaler and tradesman. Due to the internet's dummy, the business can not set the setting-out room of product and storages. Besides, internet can make achieving deep-two-communication between businesses and customers and achieving the communication of efficiency because of the internet's quick- communication ability. With a resource, internet develops the bargaining 's scope and effectively shortens the bargaining 's time and reduces the bargaining's cost and distribution's running fare.On the basis of introducing the distribution's the theory and actuality, the paper analyses the influence of the development of internet to consumption demand and distribution. Through the combination of the theory's frame of distribution's establishment and management and distribution's transformation under internet, the paper establishes the distribution on the basis of internet, discusses the type's problem of e-intermediary and the e-distribution's management.
