Studies On The Exploiting & Operating Mechanism Of Agricultural Science & Technology Park

With the development of the agricultural economy & the progress of science & technology , Agriculture has entered the new stage in China.The strategic adjustment of agricultural structure is being the central task of the rural economy development in this new stage .As we all know ,the industrialization of high-new technology & the reformation of traditional agriculture through high-new technology is the crux of the agricultural structure escalation .Furthermore ,the agricultural science & technology park is the incubator of the industrialization of the high-new technology & the forward position of the reformation of traditional agriculture through high-new technology .The exploiting & operating mechanism of agricultural science & technology park was systematically studied in this paper .This paper was composed of four chapters .Based on the connotation ,characters & functions of the agricultural high-new technology ,the strategic significance was discussed in chapter one .In chapter two ,the author generalized the exploitation model & the units structure of agricultural science & technology park ,analysed the exploitation task from different angles .In chapter three ,the author pointed out the industrial development direction ,made a thorough investigation on tendency & content of the operating mechanism of the agricultural science & technology park .In the last chapter ,the author put forward the appropriate development measures of the agricultural science & technology park on the basis of the development status quo of the agricultural science & technology park in China.
