Marketing strategy plays the crucial role in the development of enterprises. This viewpoint also was realized and proved in China since the start of the reform and opening-up, especially, in the accelerating process of integration of world economy, therefore, it is absolutely necessary to put the emphasis on this problem in our research.The papers aim to find out the strategic approach, which will work steadily in a long term. Moreover, considering its inherentcharacter, the system dynamic complexity, the means of system dynamics is adopted.This thesis consists of five sections. In the fist section, the importance of the research was mainly discussed. After that, the means of system dynamics used in the research was discussed and introduced in chapter two. Following the SD program, norm system dynamical modle build in the third part, the reality check of the model were take here, also, the formula was present. Section four focus on the application of the norm SD model to a specific enterprise, the results show that things will get down under the policy taken now. To seek the key factor, a lot of different polices were put in simulation, and a conclusion is draw that the best choices for the given company is investment in service with insistence on its high standards. The fifth section is the final conclusions and discussions of this essay.
