Our country's agricultural development entering into a new stage, the changes of agricultural products supply and the formation of buyer's market marks that the development of agricultural production is confined by resources, market and environment; with people's living standard being improved, food safety and sanity being paid more attention. Besides, with China's entry into WTO and green barrier's influence on the trade of agricultural products, developing green food is made necessary to face challenge. It's also very significant to make a study on developing green food industry.Based on the current situation and developing prospect of the green food market of our country and the world, and combined with the reality of our region's green food development, the paper analyzes the favorable conditions of our region's developing green food industry and the existing problems. Countermeasures are also offered to accelerate the green food industry.
