At the beginning of 1980s, along with the rapid growth of Japanese enterprises, influence of the cultural diversity to business management was noticed, which led to the discovery of corporate culture: the mixture of social culture and organizational management. In recent several years, with the speedy development of Chinese market economy and continuous innovation of business systems, influence of the corporate culture theory in China is getting more and more notable, and degree of identification grows up accordingly. It has come into being an inevitable management theory when research of the enterprises operating mechanism, exploration of the secrets of corporate success, and the construction of business development power are referred to. Thus it is exact to be named as the most important management theory since 1980s and the fourth milestone in the development of corporate management theories.This thesis starts with the basic theories of corporate culture, analyzes the status quo of corporate culture construction in small and middle-sized enterprises, discusses the process of Chinese small and middle-sized corporations culture development, and goes deep into two significant questions in the development of small and middle-sized corporate culture: The first is the core content of small and middle-sized corporate culture development, that the corporate culture would take faith, solidarity, innovation and rapidity as its kernel, advance the pluralism of corporate culture, combined with the soul of Chinese and western culture. The Second is that small and middle-sized corporations should choose management modes based on the practical conditions in the cultural development. The thesis provides some reference modes: Rustic mode, family mode, technological mode, Sino-west integrated mode, participating mode, etc. Afterwards it chooses typical cases to analyze thoroughly the construction of small and middle-sized corporate culture. Finally a conclusion to the whole thesis is given, as well as author's own suggestions and questions to be explored in the future put forward.
