South Ning Feijie Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. Development Strategy

As the steel industry in China developed with flying speed, there appear quite a lot of joint venture or private enterprises. Naming Feijie Steel Structure Engineering Corp. (abbr. NFSSEC) is one of them. As a middle-sized private enterprise, NFSSEChas to establish and develop its own core competitiveness in furious competition togain strategic advantage. With some basic theory of strategic management in enterprise,this thesis starts from the fact of NFSSEC to systematically analyze and test the developing strategy of NFSSEC.On the basis of the present situation of NFSSEC, the article narrates the analyses and studies of the strategy performed by the company systemically according to the general theories of strategic management. By framing the developing strategy of NFSSEC, we can get some keys to finding some principals and to sum up a basic mode that is considered when small-and-middle-sized companies build and choice they strategies . The results in the studies is hoped to help these companies set down a clear, suitable and different to the large companies' competitive strategy .
