The most challenge brought to human resource management by knowledge economy isthat knowledge work and employee not only play an important role in creating enterprisevalue, but also become the key of human resource management.The thesis puts forward that competency model based on position analysis by thecomparison between the human resource management thought on position and that oncompetency, more deepens cognition and brings forward human resource managementsystem from fire-new visual angle.The thesis redefines competency selected by the competency model, farther proposescompetency selection model, which can be concluded two main lines, three levels andtwo cycles.Competency model is mostly applied to the cases as follows: one is the human resourcemanagement; the other is knowledge management system, especially the later can realizeshare of knowledge completely.In this thesis, the author illustrates how to establish project manager competency modeland integrate the model with the knowledge management system.Liu Lin (technology economics and management) Directed by Prof. Yu ShunKun...
